1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Golf Swing Score ("the Service"), operated by Nebulon Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Golf Swing Score analyzes golf swing videos you upload using automated pose estimation, scores your swing, identifies common swing faults, and suggests practice drills. If you upload a simulator or launch-monitor screenshot, the Service reads the shot data in it and relates it to your swing. The Service is intended for informational and recreational purposes only.

3. Automated Analysis: No Guarantee of Results

Scores, fault detection, metrics, and drill recommendations are generated automatically and are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. They may be inaccurate, particularly when:

• Video quality is limited: poor lighting, low frame rates, blur, or loose clothing can reduce pose-estimation accuracy.
• Camera setup differs from our guidance: angles that are not truly face-on or down-the-line distort measured angles and positions.
• Screenshots are misread: simulator layouts vary, and text recognition may read numbers incorrectly. Always compare extracted shot data with your device.

The Service is not a substitute for instruction from a qualified golf professional. We make no representation that using the Service will improve your game, scores, or handicap.

4. Health and Safety

Nothing on the Service is medical, physical therapy, or fitness advice. Golf and practice drills involve physical exertion and a risk of injury. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, stop any drill that causes pain, and make sure your surroundings are clear of people and objects before swinging. You assume all risk of injury or property damage arising from recording swings or performing drills.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Purchases must be made by an adult.

6. Your Content

You keep ownership of the videos, screenshots, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you, including generating analyses and any reports you choose to share. You represent that:

• You have the right to upload Your Content, and it shows you or someone who has given you permission to upload it;
• Your Content does not include anyone under 13 or anyone who has not consented to being recorded; and
• Your Content does not violate any law or anyone else's rights.

We may remove content that violates these Terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle Your Content.

7. Account and Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

8. Purchases, Subscription, and Billing: Auto-Renewal Disclosure

Per-analysis purchases are one-time charges for the analysis described at checkout.

Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis until you cancel. By starting a subscription, you authorize Golf Swing Score (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your selected payment method the then-current monthly subscription fee at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

• Recurring charge. The subscription fee disclosed at checkout will be charged today and on the same date each month thereafter.
• How to cancel. Sign in, open the Manage Subscription portal (linked from your account), and click "Cancel subscription". You may also cancel by emailing hello@golfswingscore.com.
• Effect of cancellation. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription access remains active through that period.
• Refunds. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months, or refunds for completed analyses, unless required by law.
• Price changes. If we change the subscription price, we will provide notice by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies.

This Service complies with the California Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 17600–17606). California residents may also cancel by email to hello@golfswingscore.com with the subject "Cancel My Subscription".

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party sites, including training aids and golf equipment. We may earn a commission when you purchase through these links. This does not affect your swing analysis. We are not responsible for the terms, conditions, or practices of any third party. Simulator and launch-monitor brand names are trademarks of their respective owners; the Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

10. Intellectual Property

Apart from Your Content, all content on Golf Swing Score, including text, graphics, logos, scoring methods, drills, and analysis, is the property of Nebulon Labs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golf Swing Score, Nebulon Labs LLC, and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information provided, including any injury, property damage, or equipment purchases.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may delete your account at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
