Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state privacy laws (Virginia VCDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, and others), you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

What We Share

Golf Swing Score does not sell your personal information, and we never sell or share your swing videos, simulator screenshots, or body-position data. We do not currently run third-party advertising or behavioral analytics on the Service. If we add them in the future, cookies or similar identifiers placed by those partners may qualify as "sharing" under California law, involving:

• Device and browser identifiers (cookies, IP address, user agent)
• Approximate geographic location derived from your IP address
• Pages you view and interactions on the Service

Any opt-out you make now will be honored if that happens.

How to Opt Out

You can exercise your right to opt out using any of the methods below.

1. Global Privacy Control (recommended)

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension transmits a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser. Browsers and extensions that support GPC include Brave, DuckDuckGo, Firefox (with extensions), and others.

2. Email Request

Email privacy@golfswingscore.com with the subject "CCPA Opt-Out". Include the email address associated with your account (if any) and confirm that you are requesting opt-out from the sale or sharing of your personal information. We will process the request within 15 business days.

3. Industry Opt-Out Tools

You can also opt out of cross-site behavioral advertising at the network level:

4. Browser and Device Settings

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and disable third-party tracking. Mobile devices include "Limit Ad Tracking" (iOS) and "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (Android) settings.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization and we may need to verify your identity directly.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Opting out does not change your access to the Service, nor does it affect your swing analysis.

Other Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may also have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of the personal data we hold about you, including your uploaded videos. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@golfswingscore.com.
