Golf Swing Score is operated by Nebulon Labs LLC, which is responsible for the personal information collected through the Service as described below.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from your Google profile.

Swing Videos, Pictures and Simulator Screenshots

Your swing is analyzed on your own device. Choosing a video and getting a score sends nothing to us.

If you choose to save a swing, we store it in your account. By default, saving also stores the video and still pictures of five key positions of your swing (setup, takeaway, top of the backswing, impact and finish) with the body-tracking lines drawn on them, plus a small thumbnail, so you can watch the swing back later. The box to save the video is ticked by default; if you untick it before saving, we do not store the video or any pictures of you, only the measurements described below. If you add a screenshot from a golf simulator or launch monitor and save the swing, we store the screenshot with it.

Body-Position Data

To analyze your swing, the Service estimates the positions of your joints (for example shoulders, hips, wrists, and knees) frame by frame. This happens in your browser, and the frame-by-frame joint positions are not sent to us or stored. If you save a swing, we store the measurements calculated from them (such as tempo, backswing and downswing times, head and hip movement, change in posture, lead arm angle at the top, and finish height), your score and its breakdown, and technical details of the analysis (such as the video's frame rate and resolution, how large you appear in the picture, and processing times). We use this data only to analyze your golf swing and show you your results. We do not use it, or your videos, to recognize your face, verify your identity, or identify you to anyone.

Shot Data

We plan to read the numbers in saved simulator screenshots (such as ball speed, launch angle, spin rate, and carry distance). When that feature is available, we will store those numbers with the swing.

Subscription Information

If you purchase an analysis or subscribe, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. We receive a customer ID, billing email, and purchase or subscription status from Stripe to manage your account.

Usage and Device Information

We may collect information about how you use the Service, such as features used, and basic device and browser information (e.g., browser type, operating system) to keep the Service working and improve it.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties, and we do not share your swing videos or body-position data with advertisers. We may share information only:

Sharing Your Score

When you tap Share, your score card image is made on your device and goes only to the app or person you choose (for example Instagram, WhatsApp or a text message). We do not receive the image or learn who you shared it with. The card shows your score, the fault you are working on and, only if you leave the option ticked, a picture of you at the top of your backswing. Share links point to our home page; we do not use social media plug-ins or tracking pixels for sharing.

5. Data Security

Your uploads are stored in private, per-account storage that only you can access when signed in. We use industry-standard security measures provided by Firebase/Google Cloud and Stripe to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies and Tracking

The Service uses Firebase Authentication, which stores a sign-in token in your browser so you stay signed in. We do not currently run advertising trackers or third-party behavioral analytics. If we add them, we will update this policy first and honor the opt-outs described on our Do Not Sell or Share page, including Global Privacy Control.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information, swing videos, screenshots, and analysis results for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual swings or request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us; we will complete deletion within 30 days, except for records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

10. Where Data Is Processed

Data is processed and stored in the United States on Google Cloud infrastructure. If you use the Service from outside the US, your information is transferred there.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
