Questions golfers ask
What do I need?
A phone that records video and a place to swing. A tripod or something to lean your phone against helps you get steady, level footage.
Why two camera angles?
Face-on shows posture, sway, weight shift, and release. Down-the-line shows swing plane and club path. Together they give a much more accurate score than either one alone.
Do I need a launch monitor or simulator?
No. Your score comes from your videos. If you do practice on a simulator, adding a screenshot of your shot data connects the numbers to your mechanics.
Who can see my videos?
Only you. Uploads are stored privately in your account, we never sell your data, and you can delete a swing or your account anytime. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can junior golfers use it?
Golfers 13 to 17 can use Golf Swing Score with a parent or guardian's permission. Parent-managed profiles for younger golfers are on the way.
Does it replace lessons with a golf pro?
No. It's the perfect companion to lessons. Golf Swing Score shows you what to work on and tracks your progress between sessions, and it gives your pro clear, objective data on how you actually move.
